Negative: The washer and dryer were not working. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Positive: The pools were very kid friendly and the location was great for our stay. Beautiful view from our room and the koi fish pond was fun to visit.
Negative: The pull out couch was broken and never fixed during our stay. They gave us a blow up mattress, but the couch was very broken and it was uncomfortable to sit on. The ac unit was so hot that it wasn't making the room a comfortable temperature. They do not provide towels at the pool, so you must bring towels from your room or bring your own.
Summary: We have had better experiences in the past at this location.

Positive: Great location. Quiet accommodations. Great amenities for families with kids. Comfortable. Pretty grounds.
Negative: The bathroom jacuzzi tub and bathroom floor were not clean. There weren't any towels at the pool.

Positive: The property has lots to do. The pools were very nice & the campfires at night.
Negative: The hot tub outside could use a bit of an upgrade it’s peeling & does not look good. There was no grill or cooktop at our place which would have been nice. We noticed others had outdoor seating & grills

Negative: We stayed in a chateau and the matress was the worst I’ve ever slept on was so thin from over usage I felt like I slept on a mattress box spring we had a little balcony outside our room but it was filthy
